We are hiring for people with at least 3 years of professional painting experience, own tools and reliable transportation. Unexperienced individuals may be considered depending on their level of motivation.

Requirements:
 

  • Knowledge and understanding of basic prep processes, as well as the use of tools/paints/materials

  • Experience spraying with an airless

  • Must have professional appearance, demeanor and friendly attitude.      

  • Must be able to complete tasks quickly with good accuracy. For example, mask areas in a way that results in crisp, clean lines

  • Must have a valid DL and Reliable Transportation

  • Can lift and move 50lbs-75lbs (avg. size of an aluminum 32ft ladder)

  • Must be comfortable working on ladders up to 40ft (although rarely needed)

  • Fast masking ability using tape, plastic, paper, etc.

  • Experience with an airless sprayer

  • Cutting in/Painting with brush and roller

  • Caulking experience

  • Staining experience

 

Bonus skills/experience (not required):
 

  • Experience prepping and spraying kitchen cabinets

  • Experienced spraying with an HVLP

  • Handyman/carpentry

  • Any other renovating skills

Starting Pay: $17- $25 - D.O.E. and performance.
Opportunity for pay increases based on performance, and advancement within the company.
